Manny Escalante is an avid runner, outdoor enthusiast, regular coffee drinker and owner of Leadership and Leads Business Coaching. He's based in Chico with an international roster of clients. 

Manny brings real life experience as a business coach and business owner. Since 2003 he has helped business owners generate more revenue and take control of their lives. He has worked with 24 Hour Fitness, Disneyland Resort, Professional Basesball, Professional Bullriding, and hundreds of medium and small business owners across the globe with monthly revenue from $30K to $500K per month. Manny has a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Sports Medicine.   

He’s been a business coach and consultant for a variety of industries. He has written and presented extensively on sales, marketing, and leadership.
